Pre-requisites to apply for Sia Partners International Programs

Sia Partners uses the V.I.E facility for its international programs. Before applying to one of our program, candidate needs to fulfill the following legal criteria :

  • Must be Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area or Monaco
  • Must be under 28 years old at the end of V.I.E contrat

 

 

1/ GAP YEAR INTERNSHIP

Sia Partners offers a unique opportunity in the consulting industry to complete your gap year internship in two different Sia Partners offices during one year. The gap year interns start for a six month period in Paris (training agreement) then leave for New York, Hong Kong or Dubai for another six months (V.I.E contract).

Open Positions

  • Three positions for Paris/New York
  • One position for Paris/Hong Kong
  • One position for Paris/Dubai

2/ ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

The Associate Program is the international mobility program for young graduates launched by Sia Partners. This selective program is a unique opportunity for young graduates to work for three years in three different Sia Partners offices (one office rotation per year), beginning in the Paris office.

You can apply to one of two different tracks :

  • Banking: Paris, New York and Hong Kong
  • Energy: Paris, Amsterdam and Dubai

Open Positions

  • One position in Banking
  • One position in Energy

Departure Date 

September 1st or October 1st  (depending on administrative formalities)

The assessment process is handled by the Paris office and each application will be examined individually. The recruitment period runs from May to July of each year.

3/ V.I.E Program

V.I.E Program is dedicated to young graduates or candidates with a first work experience in the consulting industry or the area of activity concerned in the offer (i.e financial services, energy …). The program is designed for a  period of 6 to 24 months, which can be renewed once within a 2-year period (find out more informations the V.I.E program : http://bit.ly/2qX5lKp)
