Sia Partners appoints four new Partners

We are pleased to announce five new Partner appointments in our London, New York, Paris and Singapore offices.

US - New York

Aurélien Borde

Aurélien Borde is elected Partner. With a diploma from Supélec, Aurelien joined Sia Partners Paris in 2007 as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services. Over the course of six years, he led various internal initiatives, such as the creation of the Corporate and Investment Banking working group. In 2013, Aurelien transferred to the newly formed US Office. Since then, his efforts have been focused on the growth and development of the office, where he now leads the Risk & Regulatory practice. 


UK - London

Francesca Smith

Francesca Smith joined us in February as Partner in the Insurance Business Unit for the UK and Ireland. With twenty years of experience in both the consulting and insurance industries, she has an extensive portfolio of initiating and leading complex large scale strategic change. She graduated from the University of Cambridge (MBA) and for the past nine years has been working as a Director at Deloitte UK.



ASIA - Singapore

David Hollander

David Hollander is appointed Associate Partner. With over ten years of consulting and financial services experience, David’s career in consulting began at Deloitte Paris after graduation from La Sorbonne University. With vast international experience, David has managed client portfolios in Europe as a consultant and worked in Singapore for Standard Chartered and OCBC. He joined Sia Partners London in 2011 and moved to Singapore in April 2014 as head of the Financial Services Business Unit.



In the Paris office, following Cyril Cuenot’s transfer to Doha in January, where he is currently spearheading our Middle East operations, we are pleased to announce two appointments: 

Pierre Artaud

Pierre Artaud joined us this January as an Associate Partner in the Government practice after having worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG and Capgemini. After obtaining his Masters from Sciences Po and ESCP Europe, Pierre began his consulting career with Accenture. With expertise in strategy consulting in public and private sectors, he lends his rich experience in governance and economic management, post-merger integration, strategic cost reduction, process reengineering, and shared services solutions.


Olivier DupontOlivier Dupont is Associate Partner in our Government practice. He joined us in October 2015, after ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a Director. Olivier specializes in change management in the public sector, helping government institutions adjust to new challenges operationally and strategically. After graduating with a Master in Political Science from Sciences Po Grenoble and an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Olivier worked for the French Ministry of Defense.
