Sia Partners forms a strategic alliance with PegaSystems

Sia Partners forms a strategic alliance with PegaSystems to accelerate digital transformation by improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Sia Partners announced its strategic collaboration with Pegasystems as part of Sia Partners' recently launched Open Innovation program, part of its Consulting 4.0 strategy. By joining Pega’s Strategic Alliance Program as an advisory partner, Sia Partners aims to strengthen its innovative value proposition for customers all over the globe.

The partnership involves building a Sia Partners Center of Excellence to better help clients implement Pega solutions in line with their business objectives, as well as to develop a culture of co-innovation between Pega's and Sia Partners' teams in a cross-sectorial (including Banking, Insurance, Energy, , and Government) and global (all Sia Partners’ offices) approach.

Sia Partners and Pega have recently assisted several shared clients, particularly in France. By formalizing their collaboration, this alliance allows for enhanced client support with regard to innovation, technology and business. Sia has put a training program in place to strengthen consultants’ skillsets concerning Pega solutions including Pega Infinity™, Pega Customer Decision Hub™, Pega Customer Service™, Pega Sales Automation™,  and Pega CLM™.

Pega is a leader in driving digital transformation on a global scale. Pega’s adaptive, cloud-architected software helps the world’s leading brands to deliver superior customer experiences and operational excellence. Pega offers award-winning capabilities in customer relationship management (CRM), digital process automation (DPA) and software development on a unified platform powered by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic automation. Its Global 3000 customers rely on Pega’s dynamic solutions and strategic applications to drive excellence in their sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

“Pega solves the the toughest digital transformation problems for the world’s most impactful companies, so it’s important for us to engage with the right partners that understand and support this mission in critical regions,” said Ken Nicolson, vice president, global alliances, Pegasystems. “We are pleased to partner with Sia Partners to tap into its considerable IT experience and help serve joint customers in the French market.”

Matthieu Courtecuisse, CEO of Sia Partners, explained the firm’s rationale for creating this Open Innovation Program and for adding Pega to the list of innovative technology companies with which Sia Partners would like to develop its business: “Our ambition is to set up a culture of co-innovation between technological references and consulting actors in order to support our clients on innovation and technology issues. Beyond business development, it is a real joint innovation strategy: our Data Science teams will work with Pega as we open Sia’s Center of Excellence that will feature how Pega’s solutions integrate with our bots and increase Pega AI onshore resources for focus countries.”

The alliance is non-exclusive; both companies remain independent to collaborate with other parties, in the best interest of clients.
