As part of the Corporate Development team, you will provide direct support to two of our Leadership Team members, assisting with strategic and operational initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include for the two teams:
Operational Support / Execution
Assist them in executing on strategic goals and initiatives
Assist in managing incoming business/operational requests
Lead/Manage key projects that may require cross-collaboration, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals
Prepare management presentations (i.e. Steercos) and ensure follow-up on actions decided during the meetings
Follow up on HR and recruitment-related topics (incl. key strategic recruitments, performance reviews processes, etc.)
Support (in coordination with other corporate teams) the execution/roll-out of the Group’s strategic plan and deployment of global initiatives- such as: deployment/roll-out of the Group’s new Operating Model, deployment/roll-out of the Group’s internal communication plan/schedule, follow-up/review of the onboarding process, etc.)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all operations
Financials/Reporting
Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Track key business metrics (i.e. utilization rates, project profitability/margin, etc.) providing regular updates/insights to the Hub Managing Partners and CEO (upon request)
Communication
Draft/Prepare key communications and presentations for the teams
Prepare presentations/reports for other Leadership Team meetings (i.e. Group ExCo, Management Meetings, Acceleration Board, etc.) upon request by CEO/COO
Other projects
Facilitate and support the global coordination of IP for these two teams within the Group, ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared worldwide and that all teams across the Group are aligned on methodologies, technologies, best practices, etc.
Lead / coordinate other special projects as assigned by the Corporate Development team or the Leadership Team members you will be assisting (i.e. launch of new service/activity, etc.)
Support potential post-merger integrations
Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
First professional experience in consulting, project management or within a dynamic business environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership
Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically while also being hands-on and results-oriented
Strong analytical skills
