Job Description
As a Manager – Digital Tech Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, tech-enabled transformations that reshape how our clients operate and grow.

You’ll work across diverse industries—including Resources, Transport, Health, Finance, Government, Utilities, and Not-for-Profits—solving business challenges with a blend of strategy, design, and digital capability. This is more than a consulting role—it’s a chance to lead enterprise-scale programs, guide clients on complex technology journeys, and shape the future of our Digital Tech Transformation offering in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Digital Strategy

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise technology strategy, operating model design, and large-scale system implementations.
  • Translate complex business problems into practical, tech-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Support clients with end-to-end system selection and implementation (ERP, D365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Pronto).
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and roadmap development sessions with C-suite and key stakeholders.

Business Development & Growth

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to partner.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposals, bids, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business development and shape our go-to-market approach.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring junior consultants and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and alignment to client expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience (for Associate Manager level), ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Proven experience leading digital and technology strategy engagements and/or ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, or Pronto.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead diverse teams, and manage end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A growth mindset and entrepreneurial flair, with a passion for innovation and transformation.
