Job description

The role will ensure that project management and business analysis skills are executed and applied in the execution of work assignments, and to exhibit innovative ideas to influence positive project outcomes and systems improvements. This role also manages the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements.

  • Working with project teams to create/update/refine User Stories
  • Lead and manage complex project plans, issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing best practices and methodology
  • Gathering and clarifying business requirements with business stakeholders
  • Using monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts raised
  • Manage Business Requirements throughout life of the project and ensure changes identified in later phases are fully incorporated into all remaining project phases and documentation.
  • Escalate trade reporting issues to Senior Management and Compliance as deemed necessary
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong payment experience in fintech or a payments related industry

  • Experience in finance, treasury, debt, or capital markets a big plus

  • Previous  BA lead experience preferred

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience

  • Good at influencing leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners

  • Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high impact initiative
