Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) Business Unit, with a specific focus on the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering transformation and change initiatives for insurance clients, as well as experience in managing and growing client relationships.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to not only drive impactful projects but also to contribute to the growth and expansion of our BDT and insurance capabilities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transformation and change initiatives for insurance clients, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive new business development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights on business and digital transformation within the insurance sector.
  • Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, sales pitches, and market positioning to enhance Sia Partners' presence in the insurance consulting space.
  • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in management consulting, with a strong focus on transformation and change initiatives in the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, digital trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships, with a strong network in the insurance sector.
  • Experience leading complex transformation programs, including digital, operational, and cultural change.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and expanding consulting capabilities in the market.
