Job description

The Technology Partnerships Manager will act as the primary liaison for strategic technology partnerships within Sia. This role combines business development, relationship management, marketing, and operational oversight to drive value from these collaborations. 

While this role does not require deep technical expertise (e.g., data scientist skills), an enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to explore topics like AI and emerging tech solutions are essential. The ideal candidate should be eager to understand partner offerings, identify innovative use cases, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure the success of these partnerships. 

The manager will oversee global and regional partnerships, supporting business objectives across key geographies such as North America, Europe, and France. This role is critical to fostering Sia’s strategic relationships and ensuring the development and success of joint initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Partnership Development and Management 

  • Serve as the global point of contact for a selection of our Tech partners 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner Account Managers and key stakeholders. 

  • Support regional hubs in developing and executing localized partnership strategies. 

  • Establish measurable goals and track performance metrics for each partnership (e.g., joint revenue, deal pipeline, certifications, marketing impact). 

2. Business Development Enablement 

  • Identify and develop joint business opportunities aligned with our partners’ technology offerings. 

  • Facilitate account planning workshops and foster collaboration between Sia account teams and partner representatives. 

  • Ensure integration of partner offerings into Sia’s consulting services and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Support the identification and maximization of joint opportunities in strategic verticals (e.g., finance, retail, energy). 

3. Marketing and Awareness 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans in collaboration with partners. 

  • Organize events, webinars, and joint campaigns to promote Sia’s expertise and solutions. 

  • Create case studies and success stories to showcase the impact of joint initiatives. 

  • Enhance visibility and understanding of Sia’s tech and data capabilities within and outside the firm. 

4. Training and Certification Management 

  • Oversee the development of certifications and training programs for consultants to align with partner technologies. 

  • Track progress on certifications and competencies and ensure alignment with partnership objectives. 

5. Operational Excellence and Reporting 

  • Manage tasks related to partnership funding, contracts, and approvals. 

  • Supervise and guide an existing intern with partnership-related tasks (in particular for funding process and certification) 

  • Regularly report on partnership performance metrics, including business development outcomes, certifications achieved, and marketing ROI. 

6. Innovation and Strategic Growth 

  • Monitor trends and emerging opportunities within the tech ecosystem to inform partnership strategies. 

  • Collaborate with Tech, Data & AI teams to integrate partner technologies into client projects and internal initiatives. 

  • Proactively identify and address challenges to enhance partnership effectiveness. 

Qualifications

Experience 

  • Between 4 to 7 years of experience with initial experience as a Partner Manager (either in a consulting firm or a technology company) or experience in Sales or an equivalent role in a technology company 

Skills and expertise  

  • Fluent in French, with a very good level of English. 

  • Strong interest in technology trends, including AI and emerging tech solutions 

  • Strong interest and experience in business development, relationship management, marketing, and operational oversight to maximize the value from partnerships. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies. 

  • Proven ability to track and report on partnership performance metrics (e.g., revenue generation, deal pipelines, marketing impact) and take action to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational management.
