As we continue our growth journey in both Perth and on the East Coast, we are seeking exceptional professionals at the Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate Manager levels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for significant change, guiding clients through strategy development, operational improvements, and business transformations. Your expertise will empower organisations to challenge the status quo, unlock new opportunities, and foster a culture of innovation. By leveraging our global network, you will develop pragmatic solutions that create lasting impact, enabling clients to thrive in sectors such as resources, transport, health, finance, government, utilities, and not-for-profits.

This role also involves leading teams and building Business Development capabilities, providing a unique opportunity for personal growth and professional development.

Compétences

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in professional services, preferably within a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in consulting, strategy development, business growth, and project management.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for innovation and solving complex problems.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
