The Shared National Credit (SNC) Program is an interagency program designed to review and assess risk in the largest and most complex credits shared by multiple financial institutions. The SNC Program is governed by an interagency agreement among the three federal bank regulatory agencies, FRB, FDIC, and the OCC.
