Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Specialist (Non-Exempt Contractor)

Project Title: Audiovisual Specialist

Level: Mid-Level

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 18 months (with potential extension)

Project Hours: 40 hours/week 

Location: Hybrid- Seattle. 3-4 Days in Office 

The expected compensation range for this contract is $55 to $60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities: One of our premier clients is seeking an Audiovisual Analyst. This hybrid role combines support for audiovisual (AV) systems with business analysis and training skills to support and enhance our use of Microsoft M365 products by employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing AV equipment, analyzing business needs, and supporting employees in their use of M365 tools.

  • Perform daily sweeps of the office space to ensure AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events are working as expected.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues promptly to ensure seamless operations. Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate recommendations to improve the service.
  • Respond to community member questions about Microsoft M365 products (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for productivity tools, both in-person and virtually.
  • Create user guides, tutorials, and other training materials to support ongoing learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in AV technology support, business analysis and project management experience is a plus.
  • Required ability to be on-site at the foundation at least 3-4 days/week.
  • Certification in Microsoft M365 or related technologies preferred.
  • Experience with AV system integration and troubleshooting preferred.
