Cesar Moukarzel

Cesar is a doctorate candidate in public administration from the University of Paris-Dauphine (France). He has a Master's Degree in Strategy & Innovation from the University of Oxford (UK) and received a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (Lebanon). He has vast international experience having worked in Europe, South-East Asia & the Middle East. He advised a large number of government entities on Strategy, Innovation, Sustainability, and Large Transformations. He contributed to the development of major government programs covering services re-design and digital transformation, including the Public Service Evaluation Program in cooperation with the United Nations.

Cesar is also active in the global entrepreneurship and innovation space, where he closely works with global think tanks and academic institutions in achieving their goals. He also coaches startups and young entrepreneurs from different parts of the world.

Cesar is a public speaker and continuously contributes to different global conferences, panels, and awards ceremonies.
