David Lynch

As part of the Business and Digital Transformation business unit, David is responsible for leading the Mining Sector team within Sia Partners. He has deep experience in supporting Executive teams to drive organisational strategic change with a specific focus on Operating Model Transformation and Operational Improvement using technology as the catalyst for change. David has an outstanding track record of working collaboratively with clients on strategic projects involving people, process, and technology change for which he has become highly regarded by a number of leading Australian organisations. In addition to a specific focus on the Mining sector, David has experience across Building & Construction, Utilities & Government, and the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to joining Churchill (now Sia Partners), David spent four years at Deloitte Consulting where he worked with several major multi-national companies across Ireland and Europe. David has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin, is a Prince 2 Practitioner, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
