She has masters in the Dynamics of Organization at the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors in Business Administration at Villanova University.
Kathy is the founder and President, PPT Consulting LLC. PPT, now acquired by Sia Partners, was a Management and IT Consulting firm providing services in the areas of Program & Project Management, Business and Process Transformation, and Organizational Change Management. As the name implies, the firm believed the key to sustainable success is to incorporate the elements of People, Process and Technology in every project. As President, responsible for all aspects of the business including business development, client relationship management, service delivery, quality assurance, recruiting, staff development, marketing, and instilling excellence.
