Job description

One of our premier clients is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Training Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, a passion for instructional design, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Project Length: 6 months plus

Location: Remote- East Coast preferred

Compensation: This role will compensate $60/Hour 1099 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and other resources for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and create customized training plans.
  • Continuously improve content based on training evaluation feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, super users and change managers to ensure training materials are aligned with business processes and objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA updates and integrate new features into training programs.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to trainees to ensure successful application of learned skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA training development and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience with e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an engaging manner.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
