Business requirements

Tracking waste on demolition sites is a major challenge for real estate groups. In order to meet this need, Icade has expressed the wish to provide project managers, and consequently the companies with which they deal, with a tool for monitoring waste tracking slips, to supervise waste recovery activities. To ensure technical feasibility, a prototype was built based on CERFA n° 12571*01.

Technical implementation

Sia Partners developed with AWS a Waste Tracker, a BSD processing automation solution, which uses AI to :

  • Automate the extraction and structuring of information contained in handwritten BSDs
  • Fulfill the regulatory obligations of remote waste declarations (Trackdéchets, RNDTS, etc.)
  • Feed waste registers and a consolidated dashboard to monitor all operations

The architecture of this Waste Tracker tool is based on AWS Cloud.
