As a trusted customer advocate, the AI/GenAI Architect works closely with product and engineering teams to understand business requirements and provide advice on strategies for designing custom solutions that address complex challenges using cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on foundation models and large language models.
You provide guidance on customer engagements and drive effective feedback gathering from customers, and you distill and translate that feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams to review.
You will be focused on supporting customers throughout the engagement lifecycle and collaborate closely with the teams that support implementation. As the voice of the customer, you will work closely with internal Platform Engineering teams to shape the future of our offerings.
You must have deep technical experience working with technologies related to multimodal, image generation, from model fine-tune to prompt engineering. A strong developing machine learning background is preferred, in addition to experience collaborating closely with customers to design then implement use cases.
You will be familiar with the ecosystem in the AI/GenAI space for designing and implementing complex solutions using open-source technologies or partner stacks (Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Mistral.ai La Plateforme, Open AI, etc.) to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. You will help run benchmarks for existing models, find opportunities to use accelerators for new models, and analyze cost to performance.

Excellent communication skills are needed as your work will be influencing the roadmaps of our customers, both AI-native and early-stage AI companies. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build GenAI adoption and design entirely new cloud-based systems.
You will help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building innovative solutions. You are passionate about market development and stay abreast of the latest trends in the academic environment and take part actively in knowledge transfer internally.
Responsibilities
You have end-to-end technical responsibility during the acquisition, design, and delivery of technically complex GenAI projects at global scale with international development teams.
Interact with our customers directly to understand their business problem.
Educate our customers on the AI / Generative AI value proposition and highlight our art of the possible while addressing their questions and concerns.
Guide technical and business decision-makers through their AI / Generative AI technology selection process, understanding the challenges involved in training and deploying models to deliver the expected business value in full compliance with our customers’ requirements.
Develop POCs to display the feasibility and prove the effectiveness of the proposed AI / Generative AI solutions to our customers.
Provide customer-driven product improvement feedback and support during the solution deployment phase.
Author whitepapers and blogs that turn business insights into reference architectures.
Partner with other Strategy & Management Consulting Business Units at Sia Partners to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on their customer engagements.
Evangelize cloud communities through public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, etc.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in design, build, and implementation of advanced AI solutions. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be very technical, with the ability to impress customers at any level, from executive to developer. Previous experience with cloud services is desired but not mandatory, provided you have experience building creative AI solutions across a wide range of use cases.
Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate complex processes and business problems in different industries into technical solutions without unnecessary intricacies.
Experience within ML/AI/GenAI technical domain (e.g., multimodal ML, model evaluation, MLOps, ML training, Inference, Bias, Data Engineering, Data Science, Fine-tuning to prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation architectures)
Successful track of record in complex AI project lifecycle, from research to design and prototyping to deployment in production environments.
Strong programming skills, proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Knowledge of both proprietary and open-source ecosystems (Open AI, AWS, Hugging Face, Mistral.ai, etc.)
Excellent communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both highly technical but also non-technical stakeholders.
