Christine Andrukonis is the Head of Sia Partners New York, and a Partner in our Business Transformation Business Unit. She has spent nearly 25 years helping organizations harness the full power of their organizations to drive change, advance their mission, and unleash their competitive edge. She leverages her unique combination of strategy, transformation, human capital, and communications expertise to help C-suite executives achieve big ambitions by activating their teams to shift strategy and structure, establish new business models and capabilities, enhance processes and technology, and strengthen talent and culture.
Prior to joining Sia Partners, Christine spent 15 years building and transforming consulting practices, first as the Head of North America for Omnicom’s only strategic consultancy (now Daggerwing), and most recently as the Founder and Senior Partner at Notion Consulting, where she established and grew a one-of-a-kind, human-centered transformation firm. In addition to Christine’s consulting experience, she has worked inside client organizations, leading transformation in various culture, change & human capital roles inside American Express and Lockheed Martin.
Christine has worked with global, top tier organizations across every industry, including Chanel, Con Edison, FedEx, The Estée Lauder Companies, GE, Goldman Sachs, Hess, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, L’Oreal, National Grid, The NBA, The NFL, Pfizer, Shiseido, and Verizon. A highly sought-after thought leader, Christine has been highlighted in top-tier publications such as Fast Company, Forbes, Real Simple, The New York Post, SHRM, HR.com, Ladders, Recruiter.com, and TLNT. Additionally, she is an adjunct Faculty member at Cornell University and has served as a guest lecturer at Barnard College and The New School.
Christine holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from American University and a B.S. (with Honors) in Management and Labor Relations from Penn State University. A committed wife and mother of two high-energy children (and a Havenese pup), she lives just outside New York City, where she is an active member of her community and is passionate about helping people do big things.
