Helina has over 20 years of consulting and in-house banking experience in Asia and joined Sia Partners Hong Kong in 2013. She built up the Risk, Data Protection and Compliance practice to support the AML/KYC, data privacy and protection, data management and quality, operational risk management, banking & securities licensing, compliance independent assessment, ESG compliance and RegTech domains for our clients. She has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience on advisory and project delivery for a wide spectrum of regional and local projects on compliance, data privacy, risk management, operations, finance and cross functions in financial services. She has a keen interest in technology and innovation disrupting Risk and Compliance. She is currently a core member of the RegTech Committee of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong. She has CPA, CISA and PMP.
