Since its creation over 10 years ago, this Public Interest Group has expanded its scope considerably. In order to support their new missions, management has had to reassess the organizational structure. Sia Partners helped the agency evaluate their growth strategies and subsequently, set up collaborative workshops with the goal of reflecting on these evolutions and/or encouraging their adoption.
