As part of the Global Marketing team, the Branding Specialist will play a key role in strengthening Sia’ s brand visibility and reputation on an international scale. This position will focus on increasing brand awareness, developing our employer brand, managing international campus relations, and supporting media and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with a strong grasp of global branding dynamics and a passion for impactful storytelling.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enhancing Sia’ s brand awareness across key international markets through creative, consistent branding initiatives
Developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent globally
Managing relationships with international universities, business schools, and student organizations to strengthen our presence and reputation among future candidates
Collaborating with HR and recruitment regarding employer brand campaigns
Supporting global PR initiatives, including coordination with external agencies and media outreach
Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and communications, in line with Sia’s identity and values
Monitoring brand perception, analyzing brand-related KPIs, and reporting on the effectiveness of branding initiatives
Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor positioning to continuously refine our branding approach
2+ years of experience in branding, communications, PR, or employer branding, ideally in an international and B2B context
Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual identity
Experience working with global teams and managing international campaigns
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for building meaningful brand experiences
