  • Managing a global rollout of Oracle Financials Fusion and integrating numerous systems while maintaining consistency and accuracy across all business units and countries.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Needs Assessment: Conducted thorough stakeholder engagements to understand strategic objectives, project requirements, and reporting needs, informing the development of tailored PMO processes and governance structures.

  • Vendor Selection and Management: Assisted in the vendor selection process, ensuring qualified vendors were chosen for the Oracle and Financial Force implementations. 

  • High-Level Architecture Design: Worked with clients and vendors on high-level architecture design, integrating Oracle with other systems (e.g., Workday) and implementing core modules. 

  • Data Migration Strategy: Developed a comprehensive data migration strategy, ensuring data quality and reconciliation. Facilitated data loading while maintaining business ownership of data quality. 

  • Change Management Strategy: Conducted change impact assessments and initial stakeholder analysis to support affected teams through the transition. Executed training, communication, and business readiness plans. 

  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provided post-go-live technical support for two months after cutover, ensuring a smooth transition to the business as a usual support team. 

Results: The establishment of the organization's PMO yielded significant outcomes and value, including:
