Sia recruits people who have studied at top universities, business and engineering schools. Our consultants must demonstrate analytical skills to provide solutions to our clients’ most complex needs.

We are looking for people who share our values, who are enthusiastic and curious, and who are excited about our projects. Our collaborators must also have a passion for the consulting sector, preferably with professional experience in consulting, as well as an interest in one of the industries or services we specialize in. 

Interview process: 

• HR Interview: given by a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this interview is to get to know you, find out about your professional experience and learn more about your interest in consulting and Sia. 

Duration of the interview: 1 hour

• Business Case interview: given by a consultant, the goal of this interview is to test your methods and deductive skills, your ability to resolve a problem and to confirm your interest in our company. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about the company and how we work.

Duration of the interview: 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes

• Management interview: in this interview, we will confirm your knowledge in the industry or services of the Business Unit you’re applying to join (energy, bank, marketing and customer experience etc).

Duration of the interview: 1 hour 

• Director’s interview: the final interview will be with a Director in the Practice you’re applying to. The objective is to confirm your ability to join the Practice, as well as your ambitions. 

Duration of the interview: 1 hour.

The entire recruitment process lasts on average four weeks, but we can speed it up if necessary. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about this.

We invite all of our candidates to interview in our offices, however, some interviews can be done by video conferencing, especially if you’re abroad.

• Structure your speech and highlight useful skills for the firm (teamwork, deadlines)
• Demonstrate your motivation: What is your career plan? Do you have expertise in one of the sectors/services addressed by Sia? What is your understanding of our business?
• Ask questions!

• A case study is a problem to be solved based on a consulting project (more or less simplified).
• What are the objectives of the Business Case?
• The case study is designed to test your ability to manage your time,  to synthesize and structure your thoughts. There are no right or wrong answers.
