Interview process:
- HR Interview: given by a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this interview is to get to know you, find out about your professional experience and learn more about your interest in consulting and Sia.
Duration of the interview: 1 hour
- Business Case interview: given by a consultant, the goal of this interview is to test your methods and deductive skills, your ability to resolve a problem and to confirm your interest in our company. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about the company and how we work.

Duration of the interview: 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
- Director’s interview: the final interview will be with a Director in the Practice you’re applying to. The objective is to confirm your ability to join the Practice, as well as your ambitions.
Duration of the interview: 1 hour.
The entire recruitment process lasts on average four weeks, but we can speed it up if necessary. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about this.
We invite all of our candidates to interview in our offices, however, some interviews can be done by video conferencing, especially if you’re abroad.
